Sea water is one of the few ingredients that can be used pure, even directly in nature.
It is extracted in places where the water is of the highest quality and naturally free of particular contaminants.
Once extracted it is subjected to a series of filtration and sterilization processes, therefore it is free of any form of contamination but maintains its precious and healthy saline composition which is not altered during the purification phases.

The distillates and liqueurs of the Salis line have a unique and characteristic flavor which is given by the sea water used in the recipes.
Seawater contains a variety of minerals, including sodium, sodium chloride, magnesium, and calcium, which give the liquor a salty, mineral flavor; may also contain traces of algae and other microorganisms, which can give the liquor a more complex, umami flavor
The distillates and liqueurs of the Salis line have particular characteristics that make them suitable for mixing, creating drinks with a unique and complex taste.
Some people believe that seawater has healthful properties, such as improving digestion and blood circulation.
However, there is no scientific evidence to support these claims..... ;)
